The Shasta College football team fell to rival Butte last week and returns home for a season-finale, sophomore night game against the College of the Sequoias.

Shasta County Sports continues its weekly Shasta College football podcast – Knight Time – today as host Aaron Williams sits down with head coach Bryon Hamilton to talk about the loss last week and look ahead toward the Sequoias. Shasta County Sports will broadcast the 1 p.m. game on our website, Facebook and YouTube channels. T.J. Holmes will have the play-by-play with a special guest as his color man.

Each week, Shasta County Sports will recap the previous week’s action while looking at head to next week’s opponent. Knight Time is sponsored by Shasta Orthopaedics, Tri Counties Bank and Redding Rancheria.

Aaron Williams has been involved in the North State sports scene for more than two decades. He spent eight years as the Sports Editor for the local newspaper and another four more as the voice of high school football on the radio. Williams has coached various sports at the high school level over the past decade, most recently at Shasta High.
