GALLERY: Shasta College loses to rival Butte 37-20

Shasta College racked up a season-low 128 yards of offense and allowed No. 18 Butte to score 21 straight points in the fourth quarter to lose 37-20 Saturday in the Sierra Pacific Industries College Game of the Week.

The Knights fall to 7-3 on the year and are bowl eligible. Shasta will find out its bowl opponent Sunday afternoon.

Maddie is a full-time student that is studying photojournalism at Shasta College. She has focused on sports photography for three years, including two years holding the positions of Yearbook Editor and Photo Editor at Central Valley High School. Maddie has a passion for capturing the energy that surrounds athletics and the athletes that are competing for their schools. You can spot her on the sidelines of various Shasta College sporting events and high school football games. Maddie intends to transfer at the end of this year to a four-year University to finish her undergraduate degree in journalism and photography.
